minutes of concentrated, personalized training per session.

Pre-Training Evaluation-
Prior to the beginning of training, we will personally evaluate your level
of fitness and dicuss your training goals. As part of the carefull pre-training
evaluation, we will also discuss any medical problems you may have. And
if necessary, consult with your physician before formulating a specific
training program.
Ongoing monitoring-
We can monitor your progress on a monthly basis by rechecking body fat
percentage and measuring for inch loss. We also provide state-of-the-art
electronic pulse monitoring equipment during workouts.
Body Sculpting
Hottebodies' concentrated one-on-one training is desighned to improve
strength, muscular definition and cardiovascular conditioning through
the use of free weights and state-of-the-art exercise equipment. Typical
results include relief from many types of back and knee pain and improved
posture. Under the watchful eye of our trainers and inspiring direction,
you can see improvements in as little as two weeks.
Weight Reduction
You might be surprised to learn that a pound of muscle takes up three
times less space that a pound of fat. With that in mind, our program focuses
on losing fat, as opposed to a certain number of pounds. Exercises are
designed to build lean body tissue, while diet evaluation and nutrition
guidance will help you lose fat and inches, improving overall fitness.
Strength Training and Sport Enhancement
Whether your goal is increased overall strength or the development and
conditioning of muscle groups specific to a certain sport, Hottebodies
can create a workout program to accomplish your desired results by focusing
on techniques designed to strengthen specific muscle groups, to improve
flexibility and accelerate performance.
